We are now looking for you who want to start our three-year trainee program in August 2026.
About the program
The goal of the trainee program is to develop you into a future leader in one of our operational areas. In the program, you will rotate between different business areas where each rotation is based on the needs of the business. Throughout the program, you will gain skills and experience in leadership and receive broad exposure to our various business areas. This may include purchasing, Continuous Improvement, Supply planning, manufacturing, or production technology. Practical work is combined with training, participation in our talent program, and the Swedish Chamber of Commerce's trainee program. You will also have mentor support to guide you through the program.
The program is part of our global “Operation Leadership Development Program” where you will have the opportunity to connect and exchange experiences with other trainees within Xylem, both locally in Emmaboda and globally.
You can choose which path you want to take – the program offers two exciting orientations: Supply Chain and Operations. Regardless of which you choose, you will receive a tailored experience with rotations and content that provide you with the right skills for your future career. You will work at our modern industrial facility in Emmaboda, and travel may occur during the program.
Your profile
As a participant in our program, you will encounter new situations and challenges that provide you with the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally.
We are looking for someone who is skilled at building networks and values being open to new perspectives to solve problems and drive development forward.
You have a completed academic degree at the university level in Supply Chain, Industrial Economics, or Mechanical Engineering, or you will graduate in the summer of 2026. You have at most a couple of years of work experience and good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
